How can I disable automatic firmware updates under Kiosk mode in Knox Manage?
You need to navigate to the following profile options to configure this setting:

Go to "Profile" → Click on the "Profile Name" of your preference to modify then select "Modify Policy"

Select "Samsung Knox"

Select "System"

Navigate to "OTA upgrade"

Select "Disallow" in the drop-down menu

Select "Save & Assign"
NOTE:
This is limited only to Samsung enrollments with a fully managed device profile.
