• Samsung Care+ for Business (2 Years) (2 Years Accidental damage/Liquid damage +1 Year Extended Warranty)
• Samsung Care+ for Business (3 Years) (3 Years Accidental damage/Liquid damage +2 Years Extended Warranty) -
Q. What are the benefits of each of these products?
Samsung Care+ for Business (1 Year) (Accidental damage/Liquid damage only), as the name suggests covers the complete phone from any kind of accidental damage or liquid damage. This plan covers any physical or liquid damage to your device for one year.
Samsung Care+ for Business (2 Years) gives you complete peace of mind for 2 years where we protect your phone against any accidental damage or liquid damage, technical or mechanical failure.

Q. Is cosmetic damage covered?A. Cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents aren’t covered, but cracked screens are.

Q. Can I buy multiple Samsung Care+ plan for one device?A. No, for one IMEI number, only one Samsung Care+ plan can be bought throughout the life of the device.

Q. Where and how can I submit a claim for my Samsung Care+ plan?A. You can submit a claim request by:
1. Contact us: Reach us out by contacting Samsung call center to request for support
2. Self drop-off: Visit a Samsung Authorized service center and submit the device for repair.
3. Pick up & drop: Schedule a pickup of the device for repair. -

Q. Is pick-up and drop facility available for device repairs?A. Yes, you can choose to avail pick-up & drop facility totally free of cost at the time of raising the claim. This service is available UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain

Q. What if my phone is replaced during claims process?A. If it is decided your phone needs to be replaced, the Samsung Care+ policy and its remaining protection plan shall be transferred to the new phone received.

Q. Will I get Samsung Care+ for Samsung phones purchased outside UAE?A. No. Samsung Care+ is only available for phones purchased in UAE.

Q. I want to cancel my Samsung Care+; shall I get a refund on the days remaining?A. No, Samsung Care+ plan once bought cannot be cancelled and hence no refund is possible.
