How can I get in on the program?If you're referring someone:
When you purchase a product on Samsung.com*, you'll get a referral code you can share with 5 of your friends.
You must agree to receive marketing messages from Samsung.com to participate in the program.
If you've been referred:
If you've received a valid referral code from your friend who purchased an item on Samsung.com, you're good to go!
Just register an account on Samsung.com and make a purchase using the referral code.
*User needs to be logged In to Samsung account. -
How do the referral codes work?If you're referring someone:
When your friends make a purchase on Samsung.com using your referral code,
you will receive a Samsung.com Thank you voucher that gives you 5% off up to AED 200 on your next purchase** on Samsung.com.
If you've been referred:
Your friend's referral code gives you 10% off up to AED 300 for any purchase** on Samsung.com.

How do I get rewarded?If you're referring someone:
When you share the Samsung love with your friends & family and they use your referral code to purchase a product on Samsung.com*,
you will receive a thank you voucher*** that can be used on your next purchase on Samsung.com.
***If an advocate send the referral code to 5 beneficiaries and all them use it, the Advocate will still receive only 1 Thank you voucher -
Where can I use my voucher?When you receive a voucher, you can use it when you make a purchase on Samsung.com of your country.
Please be noted that the vouchers are country-specific*.

What can I buy with a referral code?You can use a valid referral code to get a discount on products* available on Samsung.com!
There may be restrictions on certain products during sales promotion. -
How long is my voucher valid for?Referral voucher code: 30 days
Thank you voucher: 60 days -
What's the maximum value for the voucher?Referral voucher code: 10% off up to 300AED
Thank you voucher: 5% off up to 200AED -
How many voucher codes can I receive?1 advocate can receive only 1 referral code and only 1 Thank you voucher.

When will I receive the thank you voucher?You will receive a Thank you voucher 14 days after a beneficiary places an order with the referral code and the order is completed.

What happens when I cancel or return my order?If you're referring someone:
If you cancel or return your order, your referral code will be inactive and your friends will not be able to use it anymore.
Unfortunately, you will not receive a new referral code if you place another order.
If you've been referred:
Unfortunately, If you cancel or return your first order, you will not be able to redeem the referral code on a second order.
