Problems with Samsung Health Monitor installation
Installing the Samsung Health Monitor app is simple. However, like other apps, it has requirements that must be met or there will be problems with the installation.
The basic requirements for a trouble-free installation are:
- Connect the watch normally through the Galaxy Wearable app.
- Update the firmware of your watch to the latest version through the Galaxy Wearable app.
- Samsung Health Monitor can only operate on wearable devices with Watch Active2 or higher.
- Samsung Health Monitor is not supported on third-party devices or if the user or devices are overseas.
- The Android version of the smartphone must be Android™, N (7.0) or higher.
