Some Galaxy phones and watches include Samsung Health Monitor, a medical app that includes features like blood pressure and ECG monitors.
As a mobile (medical) app, the ECG app in the Samsung Health Monitor has been authorized. "Do Not utilize it for diagnosis", it states. Consult your doctor if the ECG shows atrial fibrillation or is inconclusive rather than sinus rhythm.
