Why can't the volume of the external device be adjusted with the Odyssey OLED G9?
- Check the cable connection between the Odyssey OLED G9 and the external device.
- Verify HDMI connection: Ensure that the external speaker, such as a home theater, is connected to the HDMI (ARC) port on the monitor.
- Activate Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC): Go to Home > (left directional button) > Settings > All Settings > Connection > External Device Manager and ensure Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is enabled on your monitor.
