Alert messages on the Samsung Bespoke Jet AI display panel
The self-diagnosis function on your Samsung Bespoke Jet AI vacuum will let you know if there is an error with your vacuum’s components, such as its filter or battery. An alert will appear on the vacuum’s display panel, so you can easily check the components and clean or replace them as needed.
The following guide can be used to check what to do when you see a particular alert message on your Samsung Bespoke Jet AI vacuum.
- Object stuck in a brush or tool.
Solution: Check the brush or tool for foreign materials and remove them if needed.
- Check if it is clogged.
Solution: Check the brush, pipe, washable microfilter, and fine dust filter for foreign materials and remove them if needed.
- Filters were not inserted.
Solution: Check if the washable microfilter is properly assembled.
- Clean Micro Filter.
Solution: Check and clean the Washable Micro Filter with water. Allow it to dry completely before using it.
- Use a compatible battery.
Solution: Check the model name of the battery and ensure it is compatible with the vacuum.
- Close the dustbin.
Solution: Close the dustbin if it is open.
- The dust bag at Clean Station is full.
Solution: Replace the dust bag in the Clean Station with a new bag.
- Connect floor brush to run diagnosis.
Solution: Attach the Slim LED Brush+ or Active Dual Brush components.
- Check Micro Filter or dustbin.
Solution: Check if the dustbin is open. If the Washable Micro Filter and dustbin are dirty, empty the dustbin and then wash both parts with water. Then, reattach both components.
- Check if brush or pipe is clogged.
Solution: Check if the brush or pipe is clogged and then clean them with a dry cloth if needed.
- Check debris inside the spin brush.
Solution: Check if foreign materials are tangled or stuck in the spin brush and then remove them if needed.
