How to fix a noisy and vibrating Samsung washing machine
It's normal for your washer to make some operational noise during a wash cycle, but if it's making too much noise or vibrating excessively, it's time to call a professional.

Make sure to balance the load. Washing only one heavy item will cause excessive noise and vibration and could damage the washing machine.
Check for overloading how much weight the washer can handle is based on its capacity. On many devices, you can find the maximum capacity of your washing machine on the control panel.
Check if there is damage to the door seal that surrounds the outside of the drum, which can rub against the washing drum as it spins. When this occurs, it can produce unusual noises.
Avoid any cluttered space; make sure the washer is not in contact with any other objects around it.
