Last Update date : 2024-11-18

If your Samsung air conditioner’s remote control batteries are leaking, the remote will show signs of discoloration or stains. These leaks can cause PBA board shorts, glitches, and operational failures. You can remove and replace the batteries every few months, which will prevent remote control issues.

1 Remove the battery cover on the rear of the remote control.
2 Remove the two batteries.
