Maintenance and cleaning instructions for your Samsung Jet Bot Combo

The individual parts of your Samsung Jet Bot Combo and Clean Station should be regularly maintained to ensure proper functionality. You can follow the steps in our guide to clean the various parts, such as the dust filter, sensors, and brush.

Follow the instructions below when cleaning the fine dust filter.

1 Detach the Fine dust filter cover at the rear of the Clean Station by grasping the grooves and pulling it out.

2 Detach the Fine dust filter. Shake out and empty the filter.

3 Reattach the Fine dust filter and Fine dust filter cover. You will hear a click when they are reattached to the Clean Station.

Follow the instructions below when cleaning the Washing Plate.

1 Detach the Washing Plate from the Clean Station by lifting the handle that says “PULL”.

2 Clean the cover with water and let it dry completely in a shaded area.

Note: Do not use detergent when cleaning the cover.

3 Reinsert the Washing Plate into the Clean Station.

Follow the instructions below when cleaning the bottom cover of the Clean Station.

Notes:

  • Make sure the Clean Water Tank and Waste Water Tank are disassembled before placing the Clean Station on its side.
  • Detach the Extra Plate and the Washing Plate.
1 Place the Clean Station on its side and turn the 7 fixed screws on the bottom cover in the unlock direction.

2 Detach the bottom cover and remove any foreign materials.

3 Clean the cover with water and let it dry completely in a shaded area.

4 Reattach the bottom cover to the Clean Station.

5 Turn the 7 fixed screws in the lock direction.

6 Stand the Clean Station in its original upright position.

Follow the instructions below to learn how to empty the Waste Water Tank.

Notes:

  • Make sure the power cord is unplugged before cleaning.
  • Do not use detergent on the Waste Water Tank.
1 Detach the Waste Water Tank from the Clean Station by pulling up on its handle.

2 Open the lid and empty out the Waste Water Tank.

3 Close the lid and make sure the lid’s hook is attached. You will hear a click when the lid and hook are attached.

4 Reinsert the Waste Water Tank into the Clean Station.

Follow the instructions below to learn how to replace the Dust Bag.

1 Detach the Clean Station lid by pulling up on its handle.

2 Hold the Dust Bag guide handle and push it.

3 Detach the Dust Bag by pulling it up. Discard the used Dust Bag.

4 Insert a new Dust Bag by fitting it into the grooves on the holder.

5 Push the top of the Dust Bag guide holder until you hear a click.

6 Close the lid.

The following instructions will help you descale and rinse the steamer.

Notes:

  • Do not use anything other than citric acid and water when descaling.
  • Do not use citric acid to clean any other part of the Jet Bot Combo or Clean Station.
  • Descaling should be completed once per year.
  • Descaling cannot be paused. The Jet Bot Combo cannot be used until descaling is complete.

Descaling

1 Simultaneously press and hold the Start/Stop and Charging buttons on the top of the Jet Bot Combo for 7 seconds.

2 Dilute 100 grams of citric acid into 1 liter of water in the Clean Water Tank, and insert it into the Clean Station.

3 Simultaneously press and hold the Start/Stop and Charging buttons on the top of the Jet Bot Combo for 7 seconds.

4 Allow the descaling process to complete. It may take about 2 hours.

Rinsing

1 Pour water into the Clean Water Tank.

2 Simultaneously press and hold the Start/Stop and Charging buttons on the top of the Jet Bot Combo for 7 seconds.

3 Allow the rinsing process to complete. It may take about 15 minutes.

If the sensors (including the LiDAR sensor, 3D sensor, Obstacle Detect sensor, Carpet Detect Sensor, and Cliff Sensor) are covered in dust or other debris, the Jet Bot Combo may not function properly. You can regularly wipe the sensors using a soft cloth to remove dust and debris.

You can empty and clean the Dustbin using the instructions below.

1 Detach the upper cover of the Jet Bot Combo by lifting from the center of the cover.

2 Hold the Dustbin handle and lift it up.

3 Open the Dustbin cover by pulling and lifting the hook on the side of the Dustbin.

4 Detach the Pre-motor filter from the Dustbin cover.

5 Remove the dust from the Pre-motor filter and the Dustbin. You can clean both parts using water. Allow them to dry completely in a shaded area.

6 Reattach the Pre-motor filter to the Dustbin’s lid, and then close the cover. You will hear a click when the lid is closed.

7 Reinsert the Dustbin into the Jet Bot Combo.

8 Reattach and close the upper cover.

Follow the instructions below when cleaning the brush and brush cover.

1 Turn the Jet Bot Combo upside down and place it on a soft cloth.
2 Push the Brush Cover Lock to the right to unlock it.

3 Detach the brush cover and use the provided cleaning tool to clean it.

4 Detach the brush and use the provided cleaning tool to clean it.

5 Reattach the brush by placing it into the groove and then pushing it down.

6 Reassemble the brush cover by aligning the 3 hooks with the grooves. Then, push the Brush Cover Lock to lock it in place.

Follow the instructions below when cleaning the Roller.

1 Turn the Jet Bot Combo upside down and place it on a soft cloth.

2 Use a flat-head screwdriver to lift the Roller’s hook.

3 Detach the Roller by lifting it up.

4 Use the provided cleaning tool to clean the Roller.

5 Reinsert the Roller, and then attach the hook. You will hear a click when the hook is properly attached.

Follow the instructions below when cleaning the driving wheel and mops.

1 Turn the Jet Bot Combo upside down and place it on a soft cloth.

3 Next, detach the Mops and the Mop Spin boards.

4 Rinse the Mops and Mop Spin boards with water.

5 Reattach the Mop Spin boards.

Follow the instructions below when cleaning the Spin Brush.

1 Clean the Spin Brush using a steamed towel. You can wrap the Spin Brush in the towel for about 10 seconds.

2 If hair, threads, or other debris are tangled in the Spin Brush, use a screwdriver to detach the Spin Brush and remove the debris.
