What to do if your washing machine leaks?
Water leaks from the washing machine are almost always related to controllable circumstances that are easily remedied. If the leakage area was a Drum, door, drain pump, etc. To figure out what is causing this, you should:
If needed, adjust its leveling legs so it's not wobbly or lopsided.
If anything is damaged, you'll need to replace it and make sure the drain hose is properly inserted and secured.
Note: A loose or incorrectly installed hose could be the source of the leak.
Step 1. Open the washer door (Main door / Add wash door)
Step 2. Use a damp towel or microfiber cloth & wipe the door gasket & door glass to remove the foreign objects.
Step 3. Using a damp towel or microfiber cloth, clean the wash door & gasket.
- Insert the laundry into the washing machine completely so that it does not get caught in the door.
- If laundry gets caught in the door, it may result in damage to the laundry or the washing machine or a water leak.
