Why doesn't my Galaxy Watch7 / Watch Ultra work with wireless power sharing from the phone?

The Galaxy Watch7 / Watch Ultra do not support wireless power sharing from the phone. The new sensor design on the Galaxy Watch7 improves sensor accuracy for health-related data and reliable measurements during exercise. 

However, this design change increased the distance between the internal wireless charging coil and the external surface, thus removing support for wireless power sharing available on previous models.
