Why Don’t Fingerprints, Face Recognition, and S Pen Work Properly with NotePaper/Privacy Screen on Galaxy Tab S10?

When the both NotePaper/Privacy Screen product is covered on the Tab S10 series device, it may not work properly if you touch or tab the screen with you finger or S pen.

When the NotePaper/Privacy Screen product is covered on the Tab S10 series device, it may not work properly if you touch or tab the screen with your finger or S pen.

Those NotePaper/Privacy Screen products do not support biometric functions. In this case, please use the NotePaper/Privacy Screen product in open.

If touch does not work properly in other cases, it may help to get better operations by turning on the ‘Touch Sensitivity’ function.
