Why is my Galaxy Ring not working?
Review the following points to troubleshoot your issue:
- The battery may be completely discharged. Ensure you charge the battery fully before using the Ring.
- If the Ring is too loose, it may not measure health data accurately or may not function.
- Wear the Ring on a finger where it fits securely. For accurate measurements, position the Ring so that the orientation indicator on the outside faces your palm, ensuring the sensor has good contact with your skin.
- If your Ring is frozen and unresponsive, press and hold the charging case’s Multipurpose button for more than 7 seconds to restart it.
- If the above methods do not resolve the issue, perform a reset. On the connected phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app and tap Reset. Keep in mind that resetting the Ring may delete health data that has not been synced with the Samsung Health app. To prevent data loss, sync your data with the Samsung Health app by opening the app on your connected phone before resetting the Ring.
