Why does the Smart Hub Home Screen keep appearing whenever you turn on the TV?

The Smart Hub Home Screen appears when you turn on your Smart TV because it is the default interface that allows you to access various applications and features.
If it's occurring, please follow the below:
Turn off the Start with Smart Hub Home function in Start Screen Option.

Go to Home.

Go left and choose Settings.

Choose All Settings.

Go to General & Privacy.

Click on Start Screen Option.

Choose Start with Smart Hub Home.
