What does accidental damage mean?Accidental damage means damage caused by an unexpected and unintentional external event (e.g. device drop) that arises during your normal daily usage of your device.

What does the Samsung Standard and Z Premier Care+ Cover?The Samsung Standard Care+ covers 1 front screen repair only.
The Samsung Z Premier Care+ covers 1 screen repair only, which can either be an inner foldable or front screen repair. You are not entitled to both an inner foldable and front screen repair. -
What happens if your device incurs both inner foldable screen damage and front screen damage under the Samsung Z Premier Care+ plan?You will only be entitled to either an inner foldable screen repair or a front screen repair in exchange for the relevant Repair Fee. You will not be entitled to both an inner foldable screen and front screen repair under the Samsung Z Premier Care+ plan.

What period do I have this benefit for?The maximum period of cover for both the Samsung Standard and Z Premier Care+ plan is 12 months from the date of device purchase.

Up until when can I apply for the Samsung Standard and Z Premier Care+ plan?Both the Samsung Standard and Z Premier Care+ plan must be applied for within the first 30 calendar days from date of purchase of your device or in the event that you receive your new device by way of contract with a network operator, you must apply within the first 30 calendar days from the date of commencement of the contract.

How many incidents does a customer have?You have up to a maximum of 1 incident over a maximum period of 12 months for both the Samsung Standard and Z Premier Care+ plan.
• The Samsung Standard Care+ plan will only allow you to repair the front screen of your device
• The Samsung Z Premier Care+ plan allows you to choose to either repair the inner foldable screen or front screen of your device in the event of an incident. -
Who must apply for the Samsung Standard and Z Premier Care+?The owner of the device must apply for the Samsung Standard and/or Z Premier Care+ benefit

How do I report an Incident?You can contact the Samsung Standard or Z Premier Care+ contact centre and an agent will take your details and immediately facilitate your incident report.
Alternatively, you can go to the nearest Samsung Authorised Repair Centre (ARC) and book your device in for repair.
Please remember to bring your proof of device purchase and your Samsung Care+ plan with you.

If I have a Samsung Standard or Z Premier Care+ incident, is there a repair fee?Yes, a repair fee is payable with every qualifying claim. The value of the repair fee is indicated on this website and in your Samsung Care+ Terms and Conditions document.

Am I required to provide the device proof of purchase for an incident to be valid?Yes, proof of purchase is required.

How long do I have to pay the repair fee?You must immediately pay the repair fee when you have checked in your device with the Service Centre or the Service Centre will not proceed with the repairs.

Is the Samsung Standard or Z Premier Care+ transferable?No, Samsung Care+ is customer specific. If the original device no longer belongs to the original owner then the Samsung Care+ benefit is no longer valid.

Can my device be repaired in another country if I have valid Samsung Standard or Z Premier Care+ plan and valid accidental claim damage?No, your device can only be repaired in the country where you purchased your device.
