All sounds including alarm and media volume and ringtone from speaker, receiver are mute. What should I do for this?

Please check if ‘Mute all sounds’ is ‘off’(disabled) set via following step. If this option is enabled, all sounds become mute.
In case of being enabled with this option, then turn off ‘Mute all sounds’
- For Smartphones : Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Turn ‘Mute all sounds’ off
- For Watch devices: Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Turn ‘Mute all sounds’ off
- For Galaxy wearable app on mobile device : Galaxy wearable App > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Turn ‘Mute all sounds’ off
