During incoming calls my Galaxy S5 loudly reads out the caller's number. Why?

This happens when the TalkBack feature is enabled. TalkBack audibly comments on a phone's activity to help users with poor vision. To disable TalkBack follow the steps below.
1. Open Settings.
2. Touch Accessibility.
3. Touch Vision.
4. Touch TalkBack.
5. Touch the switch in the top-right corner to put it in the off position. To renable TalkBack touch the switch again.
