The call ringtone doesn’t sound loud from the beginning and it sounds loud later

When using the device closely to the face(near the ear), if it sounds loud according to the ringtone volume settings, it may feel uncomfortable.
So ringtone playing goes gradually up loudly step by step to protect hearing.
