Why is the device’s temperature rising up to a very high degree?

When testing the performance of my Galaxy S20/S20+/S20 Ultra through the 3D Mark Benchmark App, I noticed that the device’s temperature had risen up to a very high degree.
A:
Heating whilst using the Benchmark App is a normal operation as the device doesn’t limit the performance to control the device temperature. This is an intended operation to show the maximum performance.
