How does the Monitor Trade-Up Program work?When you purchase a new Samsung Monitor through https://117.p.syniva.es/ca (“New Monitor”) and decide to trade-up your used Monitor (“Old Monitor”), we will provide you with a Promotional Trade-Up credit. Once you’ve selected the trade-up option, the promotional Trade-Up Credit will be applied to the purchase price of your New Monitor at time of checkout. Before the shipment of your New Monitor, we’ll send you a reminder to prepare your Old Monitor for pickup. The pickup of the Old Monitor would be done at the same time as the delivery of your New Monitor.

When I hand over my Old Monitor to Samsung, should I also return any accessories that came with the Old Monitor?No – you should only make the Old Monitor available for pick up, and if you no longer need any of the accompanying Old Monitor accessories, you can discard the accessories in accordance with your local recycling regulations. You will not get any additional credits for returning packaging or accessories.

What if I don’t have my Old Monitor ready for pickup at the scheduled delivery time? Will I incur any charges?The pickup of the Old Monitor will be done at the time of delivery of your New Monitor. If your Old Monitor is not ready or present at the time of delivery of your New Monitor, we will be unable to deliver your New Monitor to you. You will be asked to contact Samsung Customer Service to re-schedule the delivery of your New Monitor once your Old Monitor is ready for pickup. Please note, a delivery re-attempt charge will be applied by Samsung.

What if there is a problem with my New Monitor and I need to refuse delivery of my New Monitor?If you are refusing the delivery of your New Monitor for any reason, we will be unable to pick up your Old Monitor. Please contact Samsung Customer Service so we can guide you with the next steps.

What happens to my Old Monitor once Samsung picks it up?The Old Monitor will be transported to an appropriate facility and disposed of in accordance with the recycling regulations.

What if I decide that I want my Old Monitor back after I hand it over to Samsung?When you hand over your Old Monitor to us, your Old Monitor will be disposed of in accordance with the recycling regulations and cannot be returned to you for any reason.

What if I change my mind about the trade-up?In the event that you decide, after you purchase your New Monitor, but prior to the delivery of your New Monitor, that you don't want to trade-up your Old Monitor, then Samsung will charge you for the amount of the Promotional Trade-Up Credit (plus applicable taxes) that was applied to your order for your New Monitor. We would need to use the same payment method that you used when you completed your initial order of your New Monitor. Please contact Samsung Customer Service to update your order. In the event that you decide that you don't want to trade-up your Old Monitor at the time of delivery of your New Monitor, then we will be unable to deliver your New Monitor to you until your order is updated. You will be asked to contact Samsung Customer Service to update your order. Samsung will charge you for the amount of the Promotional Trade-Up Credit (plus applicable taxes) that was applied to your order for your New Monitor and re-schedule the delivery of your New Monitor. Please note, a delivery re-attempt charge will be applied by Samsung.

Can I return my New Monitor?In the event you wish to return your New Monitor, then our regular return policy applies (available here). In the event your return your New Monitor, your Old Monitor will not be returned to you for any reason and no compensation will be provided for your Old Monitor.
