Receive up to $300 trade-in promotional credit, in addition to the trade-in value when you trade in your old smartphone (the “Eligible Trade-In Product”) towards the purchase of an Eligible Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra Smartphone (“Eligible Galaxy S24 Series Smartphone”, as listed in the table below) during the Offer Period. To qualify for the promotional credit, you must do the following during the Offer Period:

 

1.       Complete the purchase of an Eligible Galaxy S24 Series Smartphone from a Samsung Experience Store in Canada, Samsung Shop App, or online at https://117.p.syniva.es/ca/

2.       Trade-in your Eligible Trade-In Product; and

3.       For purchases online, ship the Eligible Trade-in Product within 21 calendar days of receiving the waybill to complete the trade-in process.* For in-store purchases, your Eligible Trade-In Product must be brought to the store for trade-in at the time of purchase of the Eligible Galaxy S24 Series Smartphone.

 

*For purchases made through the Samsung Shop App or online, you must apply the trade-in of the Eligible Trade-in Product at cart level using the trade-in tool, prior to checkout.

1.       Once the Eligible Trade-in Product has been traded in, it cannot be returned to the customer, even if the purchased Eligible Galaxy S24 Series Smartphone has been returned by the customer for any reason including but not limited to buyer’s remorse. Samsung is not responsible for the Eligible Trade-In Product once it has been provided by the customer to Samsung in connection with this offer.

 

2.       Please send us your Eligible Trade-In Product only. Any packaging, whether original or new, and any accessories that you choose to send with your device will be disposed of and cannot be returned to you.

 

 

Please Note: In the event that the trade-in value of the Eligible Trade-In Product and the up to $300 trade-in promotional credit (if applicable) exceed the purchase price of your new Eligible Galaxy S24 Series Smartphone, you will not be eligible to participate in this Offer and (for purchases made online) the system will display an error message.

 

I) Redemption process for purchases made on the Samsung Shop App or online on https://117.p.syniva.es/ca/:

 

For the purchase of an Eligible Galaxy S24 Series Smartphone made through the Samsung Shop App or online at https://117.p.syniva.es/ca/, the verification of the Eligible Trade-in Product will be performed by Assurant Services Canada Inc. (the “Service Provider”).

 

 

The process is as follows:

 

1.       Add the Eligible Galaxy S24 Series Smartphone to your cart through the Samsung Shop App or online at https://117.p.syniva.es/ca/ during the Offer Period.

 

2.       Complete the Trade-In Tool in your online cart by registering and providing all requested information of your Eligible Trade-In Product, including its Serial Number/IMEI.

 

3.       The applicable trade-in promotional credit will then be applied towards the purchase price (before taxes) of your new Eligible Galaxy S24 Series Smartphone, at the time of checkout.

 

4.       Complete the purchase by entering your payment and shipping information during the Offer Period.

 

5.       A prepaid waybill will be sent to your registered email address when your new Eligible Galaxy S24 Series Smartphone is shipped. The email will come from the Service Provider, and will contain details about the timeline and process of sending your Eligible Trade-In Product to the Service Provider.**

 

6.       Mail your Eligible Trade-in Product to the address listed on the waybill within 21 calendar days of receiving the waybill.

 

7.       The Eligible Trade-in Product will be received and assessed by the Service Provider to determine the final trade-in value.

 

 

** Please be sure to check any spam/junk folders in your email account if you do not see the email within 48 hours of receiving your shipment information from Samsung. In the event that you do not see the email with the Trade-In waybill, please contact Samsung Canada’s customer service team by either: (i) live chat; (ii) phone: 1-800-SAMSUNG (1-800-726-7864); or (iii) email at [email protected].

 

Please note: For trade-in transactions completed online at  https://117.p.syniva.es/ca/ if you do not send in your Eligible Trade-In Product within the prescribed time, or if the device condition differs materially from that which you have represented to be accurate using the Trade-In Tool, your trade-in transaction may be subject to a Non-Return Charge, Device Condition Charge, or Rejection of Device Condition Charge, in whole or in part, in accordance with the Trade-In Program Terms and Conditions of Use. The Eligible Trade-In Product can be traded-in in any condition to participate in this program provided that it: (i) is verifiable in accordance with its serial/IMEI number, (ii) was purchased in Canada; (iii) has a minimum qualifying trade-in value of $0 as determined by the Service Provider’s device valuation software; (iv) is owned by the customer; (v) the IMEI or Serial Number of the device can be validated and has not been removed, altered or defaced; and (vi) the device malfunction or damage, if any, is not due to (A) improper or intentional installation or removal of any parts or components, or (B) improper or intentional equipment modification. II) Redemption process for purchases made at Samsung Experience Stores in Canada:

 

The purchase of an Eligible Galaxy S24 Series Smartphone and the verification of the Eligible Trade-in Product will occur simultaneously at the point of purchase at a Samsung Experience Store in Canada. The process is as follows:

 

1.       During the Offer Period, meet with a Samsung Experience Store representative to complete a physical assessment of your Eligible Trade-in Product.

 

2.       Select for purchase an Eligible Galaxy S24 Series Smartphone and complete the transaction during the Offer Period.

 

3.       The applicable trade-in promotional credit will be applied towards the purchase price (before taxes) of your new Eligible Galaxy S24 Series Smartphone at the time of purchase.

 

This offer is limited to the trade-in of one (1) Eligible Trade-in Product per Eligible Galaxy S24 Series Smartphone purchased. This offer has no cash value. The minimum qualifying trade-in value of the “Eligible Trade-In Product” must be $0 as determined by the Service Provider’s device valuation software. The up to $300 trade-in promotional credit is based on completing the trade-in towards your purchase of an Eligible Galaxy S24 Series Smartphone as listed above. Trade-in value for your Eligible Trade-In Product is final and non-negotiable.
