Product Launch

Pre-order allows you to  purchase a brand new product before it is available for sale either online or in store. 

To place a pre-order online, visit the product page of the product you wish to pre-order and click the "Pre-Order" button or visit us at one of our Samsung Experience stores to pre-order with one of our experienced sale associates. Follow the checkout process to complete your order.

The estimated delivery time will be provided to you in your transaction confirmation. 

Yes, full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order to reserve your product(s).

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order as long as it hasn't left the warehouse. If you no longer want the product(s) you pre-ordered, please contact our Online Shopping Sales Support Team immediately. We'll try to cancel your order before it ships and process your refund within 3-5 days.

There is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order that is within our warehouse and prepared for shipping, therefore we recommend that, if the order does ship, to refuse it at the time of delivery, do not open the shipped package, and it will be returned to Samsung. Except for the purchase of a carrier activated cellular device(s), a restocking fee equal to 10% of the purchase price of the product(s), plus applicable tax will apply to Parcel Delivery orders that have left our warehouse, and delivery fees if charged, will be nonrefundable.

Yes, you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Promotional codes and E-vouchers may not be applicable to pre-orders unless explicitly stated. Please check the terms and conditions of each of the particular promotions.

You can check the status of your pre-order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the "My Orders" section under my account.

Please note that certain products are not eligible for return once the seal is open. All products that have left the warehouse are subject to a restocking fee equal to 10% of the purchase price of the product(s), plus applicable tax, and delivery fees if charged, except for carrier activated cellular device(s). Do not open the package.
