Our Branded Technicians wear PPE equipment and sanitize the environment before and after they leave. They even have the ability to sanitize your mobile device while they perform the repair on your TV or Appliances. Ask about our complimentary UV-C sanitization2 for your mobile device.

Who will be assigned for this service?You’ll recognize our certified technicians right away, with their Samsung branded uniforms and branded vehicles for a seamless service. The technician will call you prior to the service visit to confirm availability on the day you selected.

Is there a charge for this service?For in-warranty repairs, there is no additional charge. For Out-of-Warranty repairs, our Branded Technicians will determine the repair required and contact you with a quote. You will pay for both service costs and any associated shipping and handling charges directly.

What COVID-19 protocols do you follow?Your assigned Samsung Branded Technician will call you 30 minutes in advance before arriving in order to confirm that you and your family do not have any COVID-19 symptoms. the health status of the customer and family. The technician will exercise social distancing of 6 feet. Please do your best to assist your technician in maintaining proper distancing while inside your home. The technician will also waer glove and a mask when entering your home, and will sanitize the product before and after the repair with sanitizing wipes. If you are not comfortable with an in-home service visit at this time, the product can either be left in a garage or curbside for Pick-up or in the lobby of a condominium or apartment building. Please coordinate with the service technician to arrange for any curb-side pick up.
