How can I contact Samsung to ask about Game Booster?

Samsung is always there when you need help right away and there are several ways you can ask questions right from your phone.  Read below to find the option that works best for you.

How to contact us from Settings

To contact us from your device settings, use the following steps: 

 

Step 1. Enter Settings and click the Apps menu.

Step 2. Select Game Booster from the list.

Step 3. On the App info, screen click Game Booster settings.

Step 4. Click the Contact us menu at the bottom of the Game Booster settings page.


Please note: If Game Booster does not appear on the “Apps” screen,  select the Filter and sort button, then turn on “Show system apps”.

How to contact us from the Game Booster main screen

You can contact us from the Game Booster main screen using these steps:

1 While playing a video game, tap the Game Booster icon on the navigation bar.

Note: If the navigation bar is hidden, bring it up by swiping up from the bottom of the screen (if you're holding your mobile device vertically) or swiping left from the right side of the screen (if you hold your mobile device horizontally).

2 Tap the Game Booster Settings icon.
3 Scroll down the menu and tap Contact us and ask us your question.
