Understanding the meaning of error codes on your Samsung dishwasher
Encountering an error code on your Samsung dishwasher can be frustrating. This guide offers a comprehensive list of Samsung dishwasher error codes, helping you understand the issues and suggesting steps for resolution. Many errors can be addressed with simple troubleshooting, potentially saving you a service call.
Note: This information is specific to Samsung dishwashers sold in Canada.
For Samsung dishwashers equipped with a control screen, its placement varies between two locations: either on the dishwasher's door or at the top edge of the door. It's important to note that not all models feature a display screen. Some models utilize basic LED lights for operation indicators. For those models, we've prepared a dedicated guide to help you interpret the meaning of LED lights on your Samsung dishwasher's control panel.
Control screen on the door
Some Samsung dishwashers with an LCD screen typically position this feature prominently on the upper portion of the appliance's door, adjacent to the handle.
Control screen at the top of the door
Alternatively, some other Samsung dishwashers place the control screen on the top edge of the door, necessitating a slight opening of the door to view.
