Use a single Samsung earbud with your phone
If you have you lost or misplaced one of your Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds Live, or Galaxy Buds Pro earbuds or just prefer to listen with one, you can still enjoy your music. Just use your single earbud with the phone that both earbuds were previously paired to.
Note: Information provided applies to devices sold in Canada. Available screens and settings may vary for earbuds sold in other countries.
Note: While using a single Galaxy Buds, you will not be able to update the earbud's software.
- You can still connect the remaining Galaxy Bud earbud to a new phone the exact same way you would connect both using the Galaxy Wearable app.
- When using a single earbud, the sound will automatically switch from stereo to mono.
- If you have lost one of your earbuds, you can purchase a new pair from the Samsung website. A single replacement earbud cannot be purchased.

- If one Galaxy Buds will not charge after troubleshooting power issues, and the earbuds, charger, or wall adapter are not damaged, service is required. Please contact the Support Centre to request service.
