For collection, please ensure your old appliance is disconnected for easy pick-up. No packaging is required.

How does the Appliance Trade-Up Program work?When you purchase a new Samsung Appliance through https://117.p.syniva.es/ca (“New Appliance”) and decide to trade-up your used Appliance (“Old Appliance”), we will provide you with a Promotional Trade-Up credit. Once you’ve selected the trade-up option, the promotional Trade-Up Credit will be applied to the purchase price of your New Appliance at time of checkout. Before the shipment of your New Appliance, we’ll send you a reminder to prepare your Old Appliance for pickup. The pickup of the Old Appliance would be done at the same time as the delivery of your New Appliance.

When I hand over my Old Appliance to Samsung, should I also return any accessories that came with the Old Appliance?No – you should only make the Old Appliance available for pick up, and if you no longer need any of the accompanying Old Appliance accessories, you can discard the accessories in accordance with your local recycling regulations. You will not get any additional credits for returning packaging or accessories.

What if I don’t have my Old Appliance ready for pickup at the scheduled delivery time? Will I incur any charges?The pickup of the Old Appliance will be done at the time of delivery of your New Appliance. If your Old Appliance is not ready or present at the time of delivery of your New Appliance, we will be unable to deliver your New Appliance to you. You will be asked to contact Samsung Customer Service to re-schedule the delivery of your New Appliance once your Old Appliance is ready for pickup. Please note, a delivery re-attempt charge will be applied by Samsung.

What if there is a problem with my New Appliance and I need to refuse delivery of my New Appliance?If you are refusing the delivery of your New Appliance for any reason, we will be unable to pick up your Old Appliance. Please contact Samsung Customer Service so we can guide you with the next steps.

What happens to my Old Appliance once Samsung picks it up?The Old Appliance will be transported to an appropriate facility and disposed of in accordance with the recycling regulations.

What if I decide that I want my Old Appliance back after I hand it over to Samsung?When you hand over your Old Appliance to us, your Old Appliance will be disposed of in accordance with the recycling regulations and cannot be returned to you for any reason.

What if I change my mind about the trade-up?In the event that you decide, after you purchase your New Appliance, but prior to the delivery of your New Appliance, that you don't want to trade-up your Old Appliance, then Samsung will charge you for the amount of the Promotional Trade-Up Credit (plus applicable taxes) that was applied to your order for your New Appliance. We would need to use the same payment method that you used when you completed your initial order of your New Appliance. Please contact Samsung Customer Service to update your order. In the event that you decide that you don't want to trade-up your Old Appliance at the time of delivery of your New Appliance, then we will be unable to deliver your New Appliance to you until your order is updated. You will be asked to contact Samsung Customer Service to update your order. Samsung will charge you for the amount of the Promotional Trade-Up Credit (plus applicable taxes) that was applied to your order for your New Appliance and re-schedule the delivery of your New Appliance. Please note, a delivery re-attempt charge will be applied by Samsung.

Can I return my New Appliance?In the event you wish to return your New Appliance, then our regular return policy applies (available here). In the event you return your New Appliance, your Old Appliance will not be returned to you for any reason and no compensation will be provided for your Old Appliance.
Terms and Conditions
Some conditions apply. Offer valid from October 3, 2024 to November 6, 2024 (the “Offer Period”). Offer available at Samsung.com/ca, through Samsung Shop App and participating authorized Canadian retailers.
Complete the purchase of any qualifying Samsung Branded refrigerator, range, dishwasher, washer, dryer, Laundry Hub, Laundry Combo, wall oven, Cooktop, and range hood and receive a discount off the regular price and receive complimentary haul away during the offer period. The discount will be:
- $75 (before tax) if you purchase any Samsung-branded Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, washer, dryer, Laundry Hub, Laundry Combo, wall oven, Cooktop, and range hood of regular price at or above $600 before tax.
- $150 (before tax) if you purchase any Samsung-branded Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, washer, dryer, Laundry Hub, Laundry Combo, wall oven, Cooktop, and range hood of regular price at or above $1,200 and below $2,000 before tax.
- $300 (before tax) if you purchase any Samsung-branded Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, washer, dryer, Laundry Hub, Laundry Combo, wall oven, Cooktop, and range hood of regular price at or above $2,000 and below $3,000 before tax.
- $500 (before tax) if you purchase any Samsung-branded Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, washer, dryer, Laundry Hub, Laundry Combo, wall oven, Cooktop, and range hood of regular price at or above $3,000 before tax.
Please note: For customers who complete their purchase online at samsung.com/ca or through the Samsung Shop App, the haul away service must be added to your cart before completing check-out.
*Haul away services do not include uninstalling any existing appliances no matter the location within your home. Haul away services are limited to transportation of your current appliance from your home to a facility designed for appliance disposals. Disconnecting, uninstalling, or any other steps necessary to free up the appliance for transportation are your responsibility and should be completed prior to your scheduled delivery time.
*Any additional installation services can be added to your cart at time of purchase for an additional cost. Additional services include, but are not limited to, pedestal installation, or stacking of new appliances, among others.
Participating authorized Canadian retailers may vary. Applicable discount will be removed from total purchase price before taxes are applied. While quantities last. Availability and selection may vary. No rainchecks. Offer has no cash value. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, unless specifically agreed to by Samsung. Offer may be cancelled or changed without notice.
If you return your Eligible Samsung-branded appliance to the participating retailer, you will no longer be entitled to the discount, and you will only be refunded the amount paid at the time of purchase. If you have opted into the complimentary haul away service, and return the new appliance, your old appliance(s) cannot be returned to you. If your Eligible Samsung product is eligible for return in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale and returned, you will no longer be eligible for the discount amount applied to your transaction. Offer may be cancelled or changed at any time without notice. All product(s) that are eligible for return will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 10% of the purchase price of the product(s), plus applicable tax, and delivery fees if charged will be nonrefundable.
