I lost the account for “Find My Mobile”(Previously “DIVE”) service, what should I do?

If you lost the account for “Find My Mobile” service, you can find the account through Samsung.com webpage.
1. access the webpage 117.p.syniva.es on your PC.
2. Click the CONTENT & SERVICES menu.
