  • Are all Samsung contact channels operating?

    Yes, our opening hours for Product Support are 8am to 8pm Mon-Fri and 9am to 6pm Sat-Sun. We recommend that you check our online help content to see if there is already a solution for your query before contacting us using the options below.
  • The COVID-19 Tracker Ireland app can now be downloaded via the Google Play store.

    To use the COVID-19 Tracker app on your Samsung phone, your device needs to have: Android Marshmallow (v.6.0) or above.

  • What repair services are available?

    Samsung offers a full repair service for all products, using either a Pick up, or In-home repair service to provide a quick and easy solution.
  • Our logistics partner comes to your home to collect your product and will then return it once all repairs are complete. Pick up repair service is available for Mobile Devices including smartphones, tablets and smart watches, and monitors.

  • In-home repair will send an authorised service partner engineer to your home and repair your product onsite. We offer an In-Home Repair service for all Home Appliance and TV&AV products.

    In order to safeguard both our customers and engineers, our authorised service partners are following appropriate safety measures, including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), and advance contacting to confirm any COVID-19 symptoms prior to visiting.

  • Keep track of your Samsung repair status online. You will need your email address or phone number, and your order reference number that was sent to you via email and text in order to check the status.
