Eco Convection uses optimised heating to save energy while cooking. Cooking times are slightly longer, but your cooking results stay the same. Note preheating is not required in this mode. |
3. Top Heat + Convection |
190 |
Heat generated by the top heating element is evenly distributed by the convection fan. Use this mode for roasting with a crisp (e.g., chicken or lasagne). |

4. Bottom Heat + Convection |
190 |
Heat produced by the bottom heating element is evenly distributed by the convection fan. Use this mode for baking bread, cakes, or pizza. |
|
5. Pro-Roasting |
160 |
Pro-Roasting automatic pre-heats the oven to a temperature of 220°C. Then, the top heating element and convection fan start operating, searing foods such as meat. After searing, food is cooked at a lower temperature. Use this mode for beef, poultry, or fish. |

6. Conventional |
200 |
Heat is generated from both the top and bottom heating elements. Use this function for standard baking and roasting for most types of dish. |
|
7. Bottom Heat |
190 |
The bottom heating element generates heat. Use this mode at the end of baking or cooking to brown the bottom of a pizza or quiche. |
|
8. Large Grill |
240 |
The large-area grill emits heat. Use this mode for browning the tops of food (for example, meat, lasagne, or gratin). |
