How to use Gaming Hub on your Samsung TV
Samsung’s Gaming Hub is a new game streaming discovery platform bridging hardware and software for a better player experience on select 2022 and 2023 Samsung Smart TV Monitors, enabling gamers to instantly access the games they love from industry-leading content partners. In addition to offering access to their favourite games, gamers can also look forward to better gameplay with minimised judder and blur thanks to advanced motion enhancements and latency reducing technology across Samsung’s 2022 and 2023 Smart TVs and Monitors lineup.
Smart Hub on the 2022 and 2023 Samsung Smart TV has been updated and reorganised into various tabs such as Media, Game and Ambient. You can access Gaming Hub quickly and easily through the Sidebar menu of Smart Hub or press the Home button on the connected controllers.
There are multiple ways to play. Select a cloud game to start streaming gameplay. Launch your game and jump right into the action. Or you can try any of the services and access the connected console on the apps and devices. Some of the games may ask you to join the services and subscribe to play.

Gaming Hub supports diverse USB and Bluetooth controller devices. (Refer to compatible devices).
Not only for streaming gameplay, but also you can keep using the controllers to control and navigate TVs.
How to connect the Bluetooth controller to your TV
Step 1. Select the controller icon on Gaming Hub.
Step 2. Press the pairing button of the controller and wait for the detection.
Step 3. Select a controller that you want to pair with your TV.
- Up to 4 Bluetooth controllers can be connected at the same time.
- Up to 2 Bluetooth controllers can be connected while one Bluetooth sound device is in use.
- It is recommended to use USB controllers while using two Bluetooth sound devices.
How to use the Bluetooth controller with your TV
- The key operation may differ depending on the controller.
- If you connect a controller to the TV by Wi-Fi, the above TV UI navigation may not be possible.
Quick Panel helps you look for other games and videos to play next and listen to music during streaming. Also, you can easily pair Bluetooth controllers and change the cloud game settings such as game picture mode, surround sound and low latency mode.
To access Quick Panel, press and hold the Play/Pause button on Samsung remote, or press and hold the Home button on the connected controller.
- Search: Access Samsung Universal Search.
- Controller / Sound Output: Connect the Bluetooth controller and Change the sound output.
- Surround Sound: Optimised audio for each gaming genre.
- Game Picture: Optimised picture quality for each gaming genre.
- Game Performance: Available to choose between the Low Latency mode for more responsive gameplay and AI Upscaling mode for the stunningly smooth visuals. This function may not be supported depending on the model.
Gamestream a wide variety of games directly to your TV through Samsung Gaming Hub. Connect your controller through Bluetooth or USB – now you are ready to enjoy the cloud gaming on your TV.

- Recently Played: List the most recently played cloud games through Gaming Hub. If you turn off your Personalisation Settings, you can turn the list off.
- Controllers: Select a Controller to connect to the TV.
- Audio: Select an Audio Device to connect to the TV.
- Music Services: Manage the music to play while playing games.
- Game Rating Lock: Set the age limit for playing games. The age limit is only supported in the cloud game browsing domain in Gaming Hub. Select your child’s age in the pop-up menu, then only the contents available for your child’s age rating will be available to see more. Otherwise, you need to input PIN code to see more details.
- Personalisation Settings: Tailored content is recommended, according to the games recently played by the user and the content the user is interested in. You can turn the personalisation in Gaming Hub on/off. You can turn off the recently played list, personalised content and partner curation by this feature.

Gaming Hub will be serviced in selected models of 2022 and 2023 TV and monitors. Also the specific features’ available in Gaming Hub will vary by country and model lineup.

- Controller audio output (3.5mm port) is not available on the TV.
- Check the latest software.
- Update the software and then unplug the TV’s power cord and plug it back in or long-press the power button for at least 3 seconds.
- Check the network status of TV. (Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test)
- If the network status is OK, contact the network service provider to check the internet speed.
- For recommended network speed, contact the game service provider.
- When the symptom persists, it may indicate a problem with game server. Contact the game service provider.
- If you are having trouble with your Samsung Smart TV, you should always check to see if there are any software updates available as these may contain a fix for your problem.
- Device screenshots and menus may vary depending on the device model and software version.
Samsung Game Hub disappears for the LS32BM500EUXXU, LS32BM501EUXXU and LS27BM500EUXXU
Please note: some users have experienced issues where the Game Hub disappears for the LS32BM500EUXXU, LS32BM501EUXXU and LS27BM500EUXXU.
If you have recently experienced issues with the Samsung Game Hub, where the Game Hub disappears from Samsung Home, or when attempting to run a game, or the error message “(app name) has been terminated and is no longer available” displays, please do not be concerned. Samsung is aware of the issue and have begun taking steps to resolve the problem.
This issue relates to a software problem and is only temporary. The service is expected to be resumed by early August. As soon as a software update becomes available, please update your software to reinstate the Game Hub service.
