How do I participate in this promotion?Find your new TV or appliance on Samsung.com and select the Trade-Up option before you add to basket. Tell us what TV/appliance you are recycling and get an instant discount applied to your new product at checkout.

How do I return my old TV or appliance to Samsung?We will collect your old TV or appliance when we deliver your new product. Please have your old TV or appliance fully uninstalled, dismounted and ready for collection. You are not required to package the old product.

How many times can I claim?The offer is limited to 1 per household

When does the trade-up offer end?The Promotion will be renewed on a weekly basis until cancelled by the Promoter

What happens if the old TV or appliance is not ready for collection?The delivery team will wait at your property for 15 minutes, while you uninstall your TV or appliance to be recycled (traded-up), and have it ready to collect. If your product to be recycled (traded-up) is not available for collection, Samsung reserve the right to refuse delivery of the new product. A surcharge equal to the amount of the discount you received will apply, if you do not recycle your TV or appliance or have it ready for collection within 15 minutes of arrival.

I have decided to return my new product for a refund. Can I get my old one back?In the event that you return your purchased TV or appliance, we will refund the value of your order but are unable to return your old product that has been recycled. Recycled products have zero value and if you return your purchased TV or appliance for a refund (for any reason) you will not receive any amount or value for your recycled product.

Will I need to return the power cable and remote?It’s not a requirement to give the driver collecting the traded-up TV the power cable or remote but we will recycle these if requested.

We reserve the right to refuse the delivery of your new TV if you fail to do so. Each household may only recycle one TV and receive one trade-up discount.
