1) How should I register myself as a member of this program?Post your purchase of Samsung product from your selected Samsung exclusive store (Online & Offline) and register with your membership ID and mobile number. You can also enroll yourself as a member by registering or logging in to Samsung Shop App using your mobile number.

11) Is there any downgrade of Membership?Membership downgrade can be due to 2 reasons –
In case of product returns due to change in qualifying purchases. Please refer to the membership tier criteria.
You have to renew the tier at the end of the expiry of Elite and Pro tier membership.

12) I am a SmartClub member and am not receiving any communication on events or launches. Why is this happening?The communication on an event and launch invites are issues based on eligibility and logistical availability. However, below can be possible reasons for you not receiving communication on event/ launch invites:
1. No new events or launches happening post your membership
2. You might not be eligible for the invite based on your membership tier
3. Incorrect email ID or phone number details mentioned at the time of registration
4. Emails stored in the spam box
5. Registered mobile no. comes under the Global block list -
13) I have returned/ Canceled the purchase, When will my redeemed points be credited back to the SmartClub account.Your redeemed points will be credited back to the SmartClub account immediately post return/cancel request.
