  • What is “Samsung Assured Buyback Plan”?

    Samsung Assured Buyback program powered by OneAssist Consumer Solutions Private Limited (“OneAssist”) , which provides an assured buy back value (subject to applicable terms & conditions) for applicable/ enrolled device. Please see the program terms and conditions for complete details.
  • Samsung Assured Buyback covers select range of Samsung Smartphones only. Other devices may be added in the future.
  • While purchasing your new eligible Galaxy device, you may select to purchase Samsung Assured Buyback Plan. Samsung Assured Buyback plan must be purchased along with your new device to ensure a guaranteed future value of the same.
  • The factors affecting the value are shared below –

    Buyback Value may differ from Assured Buy Back Value and will depend on the condition of the Device.
    1. In case there are dents and scratches on the device there will be deductibles applicable to the buyback value:
    Broken 10%
    Minor visible dent and scratches 5%
    Major dent and scratches 5%

    2. In case the original box is not available fixed deduction of ₹ 500
    3. If original accessories are not available, a deduction of ₹ 1000 will be applicable
    4. IMEI validation to be mandatory at the time of pick up
    5. Plan Validity – 12 months from the date of enrollment (i.e. date of delivery of Samsung smartphone device)
    6. A buyback request must be initiated (“Buyback Request”) via the OneAssist App.
    7. Only functional devices are applicable for this program. Device should be in working condition. Device should be charged and the OneAssist pickup partner should be able to validate the checks on the phone
  • You may request a buyback for your Program Device up to 12 months after the date of purchase. Please follow redemption journey on OneAssist app to complete the redemption steps. Post that a pickup will be scheduled and you will receive the settlement directly by OneAssist.
  • The Plan is non-transferable. The transfer of ownership of the Device to another party will render the Plan & its benefits be null and void.
  • If you bought the device under an equipment installment plan or other financing plan you will be responsible for any and all remaining payments under such plan or contract, including any contract termination fees.
