When and how can I cancel an order?

Order cancellation is eligible in the first 2 hours of order placement via ‘cancel’ button available under:

Samsung.Com -> My Account section - > Orders

Shop App -> My page - > Track my order

If you need to cancel, please do so within this timeframe.

Issue Description Policy
Order Cancellation
  • If your order is eligible for cancellation, a ‘cancel’ button will be available for up to 2 hours* of order placement. If you need to cancel, please do so within this timeframe.
  • If ‘Cancel’ button is not active* or post 2 hours of order placement, then the order is too far along the fulfillment process and cannot be modified or cancelled at this time. Even our Order Support team is unable make any changes to it.
  • Any cancellations or doorstep rejections after 2 hours of order placement, will be charged basis the below grid as per the invoice value. This amount will be adjusted from the final refund amount.

  • You will be notified regarding status of your cancellation request via Email/SMS/WhatsApp. Visit 117.p.syniva.es/in/web/my-orders to lookup/cancel your order.
  • Customer should contact their issuer bank if the order cancelled was placed on EMI. Any interest or Closure fees assessed on EMI cancellation will not be borne by Samsung.
  • Any new transaction will be subject to applicable terms and conditions and offers running at that time.
  • In a rare case if, a cancelled order is still shipped or arrives at your doorstep, please do not accept the shipment. Once refused by you our delivery partner will mark the Shipment as returned post which a refund will be processed.
  • It may take up to 7-10 days for refund credit to reflect into your account after Samsung initiates the refund.

*Order placed during pre reserve and prebook period cannot be cancelled. Please check offer terms published with the product available for pre booking.

*Cancellation fee will apply where customer refuses to accept a replacement order. Click here to check replacement policy.
