How to fix UE / UB error in Samsung Washing Machine?

• Ensure correct placement of the washing machine to avoid UB / UE error.
• Make sure all four legs of the washing machine are touching the floor and are balanced. (Leg adjuster is provided on the front legs of the washing machine, Rotate the Leg adjuster clockwise to lift it up or anticlockwise to bring it down)
• Keep the washing machine at a minimum distance of 10 cm from each adjacent wall.

• Do not overload the washing machine. Overloading may result in the washing machine not operating at its optimum performance. 

Note: When washing bedding or bedding covers, the wash time may be lengthened or the spin efficiency may be reduced. For bedding covers, the recommended load capacity is 3.0 kg or less. 

Caution:

• If the laundry is unbalanced and the UB information displayed, redistribute the load.
• Unbalanced laundry may reduce the spinning.
• Make sure the laundry is spread evenly in the washing machine. Spread out the laundry evenly and start again.
