Can I ask for a Refund in Samsung Apps for an app purchased from Google Play store?

Google Play and Samsung Apps are digital application distribution platforms and online electronics and digital media store developed and maintained by Google and Samsung respectively.

It is to be noted that Samsung Apps cannot process refunds for applications purchased from Google Play. You need to access Google Play to ask for a refund according to the store policy.
