How does LED color changes during charging?

During the charging the Charging Dock with the charger or USB cable, the LED flashes the red under charging and changes to blue when fully charged. Also, when charging the charging dock which connected with the Gear, LED flashes by order of same color and both devices will be charged.

But since the LED means the charging status of Charging Dock’s battery level, it can be different from the charging status of Gear S battery. For example, even though the LED of Charging dock is blue, Gear S may not be charged fully. To check the battery level of Gear S, please drag to downward the screen of Gear S and check the indicator bar.
