How to Uninstall application in Samsung Galaxy Gear(SM-V700)?

a). Tap on Apps as shown below :

b). Tap on Gear Manager. Under Gear Manager, tap on My apps as shown below :

c). Tap on Installed apps as shown below :

d). Now tap on Trash icon as shown below :

e). Find the installed application you want to uninstall in the list, and touch the Trash icon next to the application name. Now tap on OK as shown below :

Your installed application in Samsung Galaxy Gear is now uninstalled :
