How to upgrade Samsung Smartphones to latest Firmware using Kies application?

NOTE : Save or back up your important data to PC first. While download is in process do not disconnect your device from PC.

a). Run Kies on your PC then connect the device and PC using data cable.

b). Now click on connected device Model Name as shown below.

c). Under Basic information you will find a notification for the latest firmware. Click on the latest firmware to know more.

d). Now click on Firmware upgrade button to start downloading the latest firmware.

e). Now the Firmware download from the server will start.

f). The Kies window will start the Upgrade process.

g). Once the Firmware upgrade completed. Click on OK button as shown below.

h). You can now check the device has been upgraded to the Latest firmware.
