What are the benefits of Direct pen input in Samsung Galaxy Note3(SM-N900)

The advanced handwriting recognition technology can accurately read most writing styles and be transcribed into a message, planner, alarm or phone function. When hovering the S Pen over a text field, icon appears at the upper left corner of the text field. Tap  to write with the S Pen.
