Why there isn't any data transferred using Smart Switch?

Easily move data from your previous phone to new Samsung Galaxy mobile phone with Smart Switch. For PC (Smart Switch) and for Mobile (Smart Switch Mobile) versions of Smart Switch are available. Still the certain data can't be transferred while transferring via Smart Switch.
The following cannot be transferred when transferring data :
