Samsung’s refrigerators were designed to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint while optimizing food storage. Samsung refrigerators are rated No. 1 in energy efficiency in their category and, in fact, provide an added 10% extra savings on top the current highest energy rating standard.
Thinking about the concept of economy, AI Energy Mode helps you monitor the energy consumption of your Samsung Refrigerator.
Detect when the defined energy use goal is exceeded, when inefficiency is detected by diagnosing device usage patterns that can increase energy waste.
In addition to sending you tips and good saving practices that can prevent greater energy consumption.
Through automatic learning via Wi-Fi, a usage pattern is collected and an ideal temperature is defined, creating the algorithm to control energy consumption.
Resulting in the ideal energy efficiency for its use, changing the Temperature and its Thermal Cycle when your product is not in use:
- Freezer temperature -19 ℃ → -16 ℃ /
- Refrigerator temperature 3 ℃ → 5 ℃
In "measurement settings" you can put the date on which your energy clock is measured, since that is when the electricity billing cycle ends.
In the "billing settings" section, you can enter the following information: your zip code in "Region", the energy distributor and select the options to use average cost or define custom cost.
AI Energy Mode generates real-time hourly, daily, weekly and monthly histories of your energy consumption, compared to the amount spent in that period and by device.
Daily usage notification
Receive notifications every day about your energy consumption in the previous 24 hours. You can also choose the time you want to receive the notification.
Notifications of use of energy inefficiency
In this function you can diagnose the usage patterns of the device, as well as detect situations in which energy can be wasted.
You can also choose to receive notifications that will inform you when you have exceeded your monthly energy savings goal.
