A: Samsung is aware of this issue which may appear on Galaxy S10/S10+ device using Samsung Pay application due to touch IC firmware malfunction and this problem will be resolved with latest Samsung Pay application or S10/S10+ device software update. Depending on the country and carrier, available date for new update may differ.
