Resolving Phone Microphone Issues
If you're experiencing difficulty with your phone microphone and your voice is not being recognized correctly, try the following troubleshooting tips:
1. Clean your phone's microphone: It's possible that the microphone location is obstructed by foreign objects, such as an installed screen protector or a protective sticker that was installed on the phone prior to purchase. To resolve this issue, locate the microphone at the bottom of your phone and ensure that no foreign material is blocking the microphone area. Clean any material that may be present in this area.
2. Restart your phone and test the microphone in safe mode: To troubleshoot further, try restarting your phone and testing the microphone while in safe mode. To do this, swipe down the screen from the top, tap on the power sight icon, select 'Restart', and then tap 'Safe mode'.
3. Once in safe mode, test the microphone to see if it's functioning properly.
