1. My sound Tower does not turn on.

Check 1: When using the Sound Tower by battery, you must press the power button, located on the top of your Sound Tower, to turn it on.

Check 2: When connected to a power cord, you can turn on your Sound Tower by using the remote or via Bluetooth.

2. The power suddenly turns off.

• Check if the battery is drained and needs to be charged, or if you plug it into the outlet check if it is plugged probably.
• If the Sound Tower is stored or used for a long time in a location where the temperature is higher or lower than recommended, battery performance may be poor, and your device may suddenly turn off. The appropriate temperature is (5° ˷40° C)
• If your Sound Tower turns off after displaying a pink or orange colored LED light, please visit your nearest Service Center for a professional inspection.
  

3. Charging is Slow.
