How to request Virtual Onboarding Service

You're excited to try out all of the cool features of your new Samsung product but don't know where to start. How about scheduling a Virtual Onboarding Session with us to learn the basics about your product as well as some useful tips and tricks?
Follow the steps below to schedule a free virtual session now!
Note:
- This service is available for Galaxy Z Fold3, Z Flip3 and S22 models.
- This service also available for Neo QLED TV.
- You can only schedule one virtual session for each product you own.
Step 1. Visit 117.p.syniva.es/my/support/your-service/main and sign in to your Samsung account.
Step 2. Under My Products, tap on Register a New Product.
Step 3. Enter your product's Serial/IMEI number and Verify.
Step 4. Scroll down to fill in the relevant details and tap Confirm.
Step 5. Tap on Schedule a Virtual Training when the pop-up appears.
Step 6. Fill in all your details and select the topics you would like to know more about during the virtual session. Tap Confirm.
Step 7. Wait for our Technical Support Consultant to contact you within 24 hours. Enjoy your session!

Step 2. Go to the My Products tab.
Step 3. Scroll down to find the registered product you would like to learn more about and tap on Schedule a Virtual Training.
Step 4. Fill in all your details and select the topics you would like to know more about during the virtual session. Tap Confirm.
Step 5. Wait for our Technical Support Consultant to contact you within 24 hours. Enjoy your session!
