Problem : TV cannot connect to the internet / Smart Hub.

 

Cause : Wifi strength weak

 

Action : Test the wifi strength near your TV. Please follow the simple test as below

1 Use a laptop and place near the TV before starting the speed test
2 Connect to Wifi and enter to the website http://speedtest.net
3 Begin test
4 Perform download & upload test
5 Verify Ping, Down & Up, comapre to the table below
