Samsung Electronics New Zealand Limited (“Samsung”) provides the trade-in quotation tool (“Tool”) to you, a Consumer (“Consumer”, “you” or “your”) in connection with the Program. This Tool and its entire contents, features and functionality are owned and managed by Samsung, however, Samsung’s third party provider, The Warranty Group Australasia Pty Ltd. (“Assurant”) is responsible for providing shipping labels, inspection of all devices, assessing and determining the final trade-in value. All trade-in transactions will be subject to the full Trade-in Terms and Conditions, and may be subject to a Non-Return Charge, Device Condition Charge, Rejection of Adjusted Value Charge, or otherwise seek repayment for such amount through debt collection at your cost.

Due to system restrictions, the total of the estimated trade-in value and promotional trade-in credit amount cannot equal or exceed the purchase price (before taxes) of the Samsung Galaxy device you have selected. If applicable, a cheque for the trade-in value and promotional trade-in credit will be sent by mail.
